The Be Our Guest Ministry focuses on welcome and service, extending hospitality and support to our parish family and the wider community:

  • Funeral luncheons are prepared and served for families, providing the comfort of a home-cooked meal and an opportunity for fellowship and sharing of memories. Volunteers help with meal preparation and serving.
  • Reception and events volunteers help at wedding receptions, fundraisers and social events with setup, food prep, serving and cleanup.
  • The Fall Festival is held each fall during Andover Days. Volunteers help with the Upscale Garage Sale, CafĂ©, Bake Sale and other activities. Money raised by this ministry helps support our Vacation Bible School, parish projects and community outreach to local charities.
