Our Stewardship Renewal is underway.Stewardship is about following Christ and growing as a disciple. Stewardship comes from seeing all as gift, which naturally leads to gratitude and love. As followers of Christ we are called to grow as disciples. Any growth in life requires a plan. Now is the time to make your plan to use your time, talents and treasure to follow Christ more closely. Take advantage of this opportunity. Prayerfully fill out your stewardship renewal. Sign it as a pledge to God and send it back to the parish so we can help you grow as a follower of Christ.

November is the month to remember our loved ones who have gone before us. Remembering loved ones reminds us how their lives have blessed our lives. We remember how many different people have shaped our lives. We lift up our gratitude to God and to our loved ones in the communion of the saints. We also enter a communion of prayer with them as we pray for them and we trust they are praying for us before God.

Our Book of Remembrance is in the Gathering Space below the photos of those that have died in the parish. Please write the names of your loved ones who have died during the past year in the Book of Remembrance. We will remember them in prayer throughout this month.

Our Life Event, “Learning to Like the Ones You Love” is this Sunday, Nov. 5th and Wednesday, Nov. 8th.

Listening Sessions with Bishop Kemme are coming to an end. There is one more opportunity close by in Derby this Sunday, Nov. 5th at 1:30 p.m. The Bishop wants to hear from you: As a diocese, what do we do well? What could we be doing better? As a diocese what should our pastoral priorities be for the next 3-5 years? You can just show up at St. Mary’s in Derby this Sunday to share your thoughts with the bishop.
